absolutley disapointed with this place, 1st, I requested a top floor room but got ignored, nice to know my request was a waste, and the room was freezing with a single thin blanket—so thoughtful. I expected a welcome gesture yet got nothing. If only those scratchy towels were soft, I might’ve almost given them a good review.
